Our Core Values
I am incredibly proud to share with you the wonderful opportunities and developments at Branston Church of England Infant School where we take great pride in being a part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT). We are a vibrant, welcoming school where children are enthusiastic, motivated and encouraged to achieve endless possibilities.

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is a Multi Academy Trust which was set up by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013 to build a mutually supportive family of academies in Greater Lincolnshire who support each other in providing the very best outcomes for their pupils.

Our school is one where everyone is valued and encouraged to take an active role in our school community. We believe positive role models and strong, supportive relationships help children feel safe and secure enough to take the risks necessary to learn. The skills, knowledge and dedication of all of our staff and community volunteers help to enthuse and motivate our children to achieve their very best and we provide a varied and exciting curriculum tailored to the needs and the interests of the children.

Pupils thrive at this inclusive and caring school. Pupils said that they enjoy coming to school and learning. The school has high expectations of all pupils. They achieve exceptionally well. Parents and carers are incredibly positive about the school. Typical comments from them are that the school is 'amazing' and a 'fantastic welcoming environment'
This is a highly inclusive church academy where each child is valued as an individual child of God. Here the Christian values of love, perseverance, kindness, forgiveness, honesty and respect underpin all aspects of school life enabling the children to develop positive relationships with other children and with the adults who care for their academic, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Christian values are woven into everyday life at this school.
